"As a frequent consumer of beef noodle soup, especially pho, I can be pretty picky about soup quality, especially the broth. This place definitely nailed the broth and noodles. I can say the taste is authentic and the noodles are fresh as well. There is also a flavorful amount of spice. We also had the lamb skewers, which were also up to par. The ambiance is casual, and the wait staff were polite. I’m not in the area often but would definitely come back if I was craving some Chinese beef noodle soup. Definitely a hidden gem imo."

"Convenient location in downtown Flushing. Close to public transportation and the Flushing Commons parking lot. Ordered: Braised beef noodle soup. Dunhuang Lanzhou dry noodles with chicken."

"Hey everyone, I went to this restaurant and ordered their Stir-fried Beef Shaved Noodles (牛肉炒刀削面). As I started eating, the texture of the meat felt completely off. Just to clarify, I’m not Muslim, so I eat pork regularly and am very familiar with its texture. The texture and fiber of pork and beef are distinctively different, and what was in my bowl felt much more like pork than beef. I called the server over to get a definitive answer and asked whether this was actually pork or beef. The server firmly assured me, "It is definitely beef." Despite their answer, I still have strong doubts based on the texture. I’m posting this here hoping to get some real answers from fellow foodies who have eaten there, or ideally, a clear clarification from the owner. Has anyone else noticed this recently?"

"Super super yummy. As a beef noodle soup lover , I was impressed. I ordered the signature Lanzhou beef noodles, braised beef noodles, and lamb skewers. The signature noodles were made perfectly, it came with thinly sliced beef which I loved and the broth had a lot of chili oil. You can pick what type of noodles you want, I prefer thin noodles and it complimented the broth. The skewers were spicy but still cooked to perfection. Service was nice, even though it was just two of us, we sat in a big booth. Place was spacious, good service, clean bathrooms. Definitely returning!"
